Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (8-hour shifts) $14, $15, and $16
The Machine Operator / Packer is responsible for producing plastic injection molded parts in a safe manner and quickly as possible in compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow operator instructions in the area of operation
- Perform machine and quality checks as outlined in the operator instructions
- Maintain accurate production sheets at all times, ensuring the proper scrap & downtime codes are written on all documents
- Maintain good communication with team members and management
- Identify raw materials and what can or cannot be mixed according to the bill of materials
Requirements
- Minimum Education – High School diploma or GED
